Q: How long does it take to close?
A: Most of our investors are waiting for us to bring them items of their interest, which typically results in quick closings.

Q: How long does it take to get an offer?
A: It could be as quickly as 24 hours. If we don’t feel it’s a proper fit, you’ll know within 72 hours after our initial visit so that you can move on to other options.

Q: Will I have to pay for an initial consultation?
A: No.

Q: What if my house needs repairs?
A: Not a problem! We’ll take it as is.

Q: Will I have to make any more payments on my loan, even if I’m already behind?
A: Probably not, we can tell you for certain when we have all the facts.

Q: Does in matter that my house is empty?
A: No.

Q: I’m deeply concerned about my credit rating. Can you help my avoid foreclosure?
A: Yes, that’s our specialty.

Q: What if I’m already in foreclosure? Will you still work with me?
A: Yes.

Q: I’m a landlord with bad tenants. Are you still interested in buying my house?
A: Yes. We are willing, and know how, to evict unwanted tenants.

Q: I’ve already listed my house with a realtor. Are you still interested?
A: If we can find terms that work for both parties, then, yes.

Q: Do I have to be present for the closing?
A: No, we can always mail you your check.
