My wife Meta and I have had the good fortune to meet with Paul Martin as we downsized from our house in Newton, MA where we lived for 37 years.
As we looked at various houses for purchase and/or rental, we were not finding anything that worked for us. We then came across a house that Paul listed for rental with an option to purchase. The arrangement looked perfect for us, so we contacted Paul.
It turned out that the house Paul listed was still occupied, and would not be vacated by the time we needed to move. He mentioned a townhouse that he would shortly purchase, and that we could occupy temporarily. We looked at the townhouse, and we realized that this was where we wanted to live.
